Food & Drinks

🍽️🥑The culinary journey at Six Senses Bali is a foodie's dream come true. From the tantalizing Indonesian flavors at the signature Rocka Restaurant to the fresh, organic produce at the on-site Earth Lab, each meal was a symphony of taste and artistry. I even took part in a fun and interactive cooking class, where I learned to make some traditional Balinese dishes!👩‍🍳🍲

The sense of taste is also indulged at Six Senses Uluwatu. The resort's dining options range from casual beachside cafes to more formal, candlelit dinners. Chef's use fresh, locally sourced ingredients to create a delicious and nutritious dining experience, whether you are looking for a quick bite or a multi-course meal, you will be able to savor the flavors of Bali.

In particular:

  1. Watu Steakhouse: Steak and Japanese dishes combined with traditional flair. Watu Steakhouse is the culinary heart of the resort, located in the Square. Offering premium steaks, Japanese dishes as well as a selection of traditional and international dishes. Fresh selections of locally sourced meat and seafood are handpicked by our Chef daily. The restaurant provides a bistro chic setting and an open kitchen dining experience. Guests and chefs can interact while also providing the perfect setting for special occasions, romantic dinners and after-work drinks.

  2. Rocka: This is where we had St Valentines Dinner. An ever-changing menu based on the seasons. Breakfast and dinner are inspired by flavors from Europe, Asia and Bali. Drinks (booster juices and super smoothies) and snacks are served throughout the day and the venue includes an interactive Chef's Kitchen.

  3. Rocka Edge: Never a dull moment at the Chef's table! A daily exclusive menu with the fresh harvest and catch of the day accompanied by a selection of wines from the wine cellar.

  4. Bar at Rocka: From sundowners to night caps, the dim-lit ambience creates a laid back atmosphere for drinks and snacks. Mixologists are in their element preparing a quirky selection of reimagined cocktails with fresh ingredients from our organic gardens.
