What we liked most
Informative and efficient, staff taking care of the front of house adopt a formal approach, while those manning bars and restaurants are laidback and chatty.
The impeccable #fitness centre is stocked with Cybex exercise machines and a fridge full of complimentary Gatorade, water and chilled flannels.
The spa offers world-class products and treatments. Neom’s warm wax candle massages are superb and the Platinum Hydrafacial rehydrates airplane-dried complexions in 60 minutes. Some therapies can also be enjoyed alongside the rooftop pool.
Rooms
Every room is fitted with a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Each room is fitted with a private bathroom. For your comfort, you will find bath robes, slippers and free toiletries.
